The end of the driveway with the shed and part of the yard.
The "addition", still many years old added 2
9'X13' rooms.
Side view of the very large and mostly private deck.
The backyard with the "conversation piece" AKA
Boulder that won't move.
A nice view of the deck, which has extra tall railings
as well.
Street shot of the house.
Street shot and the side yard.
Front yard, complete with another "conversation piece"
except this one will go away.
Outer layer of the foundation is starting to fall apart,
a little mortar will fix that up.
Kitchen entrance with a cement cemetery under the deck,
that will need to get cleaned out.
I think this is supposed to be a foundation, well, it feels
sturdy.
The dining room to be, in it's carpeted glory (can't wait
to pull that out!)
The stove looks like it's in good shape, but it's propane
and we want electric, so that's gotta go too.
The cabinets are in decent shape, but the lowers need a
major cleaning.
The living room to be, with a recently refinished hardwood
floor, will need some paint as well.
Other side of living room, the bench is made well, but
we can use the space better without it.
Very nice oak 2X8 timbers, except there's expanding foam
between them, and no subfloor.
A shot up the stairs.
The "pet room" finally a place for them all to
call home :-)
Other side of "pet room" with a private closet,
or is that a dressing room for the stars?
An excellent location for a laundry room, with bifold doors
to hide any mess that may occur.
Downstairs bathroom, small, but recently remodeled, how
do I get the wallpaper down???
Master bedroom, nice size, but I'll have to watch my head
even after the carpet comes up.
Other side of the master bedroom, comes with a very roomy
closet.
The secret room off the office, the only viable storage
the house has to offer, and we'll need it
Very large upstairs bathroom, what can we do about the
pink colors?
Other side of the bathroom, a new mirror and we'll be in
business.
Upstairs hallway above the stairs, this should be fun to
strip and paint!
A view down the stairs, lets hope we all decend SLOWLY,
not much room for landing.
